The One-Minute Challenge
News of the results of the One-Minute Challenge at the 2nd Supersprint Rowing Grand Prix on 14th October 2000 will be published here shortly.
How it works
The Challenge is to row as far as possible in exactly one minute on a rowing machine. There is no need to enter your name in advance - just come along to the Supersprint Rowing Grand Prix and have a go.
At the One-Minute Challenge Marquee take your turn on a rowing machine, set it to one minute and wait for the signal to start. Then row like Mr Redgrave for one minute!
After the finish the Race Director will give you a paper showing the distance you have covered. You then fill in your name, tick your category and age group (which will appear on the paper as shown below) and hand in your paper at the Results Desk.
You can see your result compared with your friends and colleagues, as well as with others entering on the day.
